Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sassy Sips, many of our personalised items are handmade to order specially for you. Because of this, personalised products are classed as bespoke/custom-made items and are therefore non-returnable unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Personalised & Custom Orders

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Spelling mistakes or incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Personal preferences regarding colours, fonts, or design choices shown in the listing photos
  • Orders where incorrect customisation details were entered during purchase

Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will happily offer:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund where appropriate

Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once your personalised item has entered production, we may be unable to cancel the order.
