All of our products are carefully made to order in the United Kingdom and packaged with care to help ensure they arrive safely.

Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are typically processed, prepared, and dispatched within 48 hours of the order being received.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service to provide reliable UK-wide shipping and tracking updates where available.

An upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available at an additional cost during checkout.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, seasonal events, or promotional sales, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

UK Shipping

We currently dispatch orders throughout the United Kingdom using trusted delivery partners.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–4 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally vary during peak periods or due to postal delays outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery addresses are entered correctly during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you believe your parcel is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photographs where applicable.
