Products & Personalisation

All of our products are made to order and many items are personalised based on the information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all spelling, names, dates, addresses, and personalisation details are correct before placing an order.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during the ordering process.

Made to Order Products

As all items are made to order, slight variations in colour, positioning, and print appearance may occasionally occur. These small differences are considered part of the custom nature of our products and are not classed as faults.

Pricing & Payments

All prices shown on our website are displayed in GBP (£).

Payments must be completed before orders are processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to update pricing, product descriptions, availability, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.

Production & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within the estimated dispatch times shown on the product listing.

During busy periods, seasonal events, or promotional sales, dispatch times may occasionally vary slightly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

Personalised and custom-made items are generally non-returnable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All images, designs, branding, logos, product photography, and website content remain the property of Sassy Sips and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Sassy Sips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
